Pleased Neighbors in Southington, CT

At Preload, we use our SPIRIT values to strive for excellence in every project. Preload’s recent completion of the Southington Tower Project represented our SPIRIT values with great success. Preload’s Adams Brien led the crew in Connecticut. They completed the project safely while positively impacting our surrounding neighbors.

Our friends from the Sunnybrook Hill Rd neighborhood shared,

“Dear Adams,

Now that the Southington tower project is within days of being completed. I would like to take a minute to thank you and your team for a year’s worth of professionalism and respect for our cul de sac. When this project started, we were apprehensive about the massive undertaking ahead. We knew that having our front yard as a temporary access road would lead to some headaches, but you and your team put us at ease every step of the way. You were more than accommodating to our objections and concerns. Not only did you finish the project in a timely manner, but you also kept us informed and respected our daily lives. We have nothing but the utmost respect for Preload and wish you all the best on your future projects!

Thank you from the Sunnybrook Hill Rd neighborhood.”

We are proud to do our work with excellence, all while respecting our neighbors.

As Preload’s Bob Barbarisi says, “Needless to say, receiving this note of gratitude made my day… and maybe my year. It demonstrates clearly how the professionalism our team and leaders exhibit every day can have a positive impact on others around us.”

Specifications of the Southington Tower Project

Preload began the Southington tower project in early 2019 and completed it in the same year. This 2.0MG gallon tank’s diameter is 73.5 feet, and its side water depth is 63 ft. The Town of Southington Water Department (SWD) is the tank owner. The prime engineering firm was Tighe & Bond, Inc.

Our crew’s stellar performance in Southington led to additional partnership opportunities with the SWD.
